Gifts For the Personalities in Your Slife :)

So I found this fun site called Gifts.com and it's tagged as the easy way to find great gifts. For those that are shoppingly challenged I suppose. I don't have any limitations when it comes to shopping... unless you consider shopping too much a problem. It has a cute little personality test though for those you are shopping for and catchy little personality types and pics so I thought I'd look up a few of my friends in SL and see what kind of suggestions the site came up with!

For Aly :P The best personality type was:
The Adventurer
A perfect day for the adventurer includes a new experience – whether it be an adrenaline rush at a nearby locale or exploring a new and exotic destination. For adventurers, the more time spent outdoors the better: skiing, kayaking, biking, camping, mountaineering—any or all of the above. What others would consider "roughing it" is a walk in the park for this experience and travel junkie. She really is the adventurer outside and inside of SL so it was fitting. Some gift suggestions for her included: "Before You Die"... to do list books, Sporty Down Vests, and picture-taking binoculars. Yeah, great ideas... this means in SL, you'll prolly get ski clothes and some form of board or skates :) Like Moopfs!

For Zab:
The Metro Man
Even if you never looked inside the Metro Man's medicine cabinet, which is filled with more ”product” than most women, its contents would reveal themselves in his overall appearance: pressed, primped and primed. He's one of the only guys you know who doesn't glaze over at the words “Kiehl's,” “Prada” and “Shoe Shopping.” In fact, given the opportunity, he'd gladly give you a rundown of his favorite designers and latest skincare regimen. By night, he will want to “see and be seen” at all of the hottest clubs, which nobody else can get into. Famous Example: Ryan Seacrest, Jude Law, David Beckham.

Gift suggestions included: designer name jeans, distinctive side tables, and hip pendants! Well, this guy already makes his own designer name jeans, so I guess I'll have to go with a beautiful prim distinctive side table:P As for the hip pendants... new design idea? Anyone?

For Jelly:

The Trendanista

Her perfect day would be spent at the mall – armed with a dog-eared copy of the latest Lucky mag. She'd start with a makeover at the cosmetics counter. Then sporting her new look, she'd check out the latest trends in all her favorite stores from Bloomies to Bebe. Big hoop earrings—so last week, no wonder they're on sale. Wedge boots half price? That’s hot—total score! Burdened down with bags filled with of-the-moment fashion labels, she heads for the spa for a fast facial, and then hops in her little red sports car to zip home in time to catch Project Runway.

Famous Example: Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton

Hmmm. This one was tough. Jelly's a trendsetter for sure, and after taking the quiz, The Trendanista was determined the right choice although The Hipster is a close second. Jelly has an adventurous side that evens out her Paris Hilton appeal :P Gift suggestions included: hand painted make me a martini glasses, fabulous furry throws, and the Insiders Shoppers Guides to Major Cities. Wellllll... iunno, we'll have to shop to find something that's just right ;)


For Donovan:

The Hipster

Rolling out of bed on his perfect day, he pulls on his Converse kicks, hops in his Mini and heads to his favorite local coffee shop for a caffeine fix. He then surfs the web on his Mac shopping for vintage movie posters and checking out the chicks on MySpace—hmmm, “GiftGirl555” looks hot! Tonight's double feature: a friend's gallery opening followed by the premiere of his own animated short at a local film festival.

Famous Example: Beck, Wes Anderson, Spike Jonze

Dono does like his You Tube :P Some gift ideas included: unique fish bowls (not sure u give a neko a luxurious place to keep his prey), graphic tees for DJs and rockers, and an old-school Atari game console! I'm sure I can find something that might work :P
